Amy Lees

Experience: I joined the organisation in February 2015 with 12 years experience of working within the social care sector. During this time I have been in a number of posts mainly working and supporting with managers around supporting people with complex and high level support needs. Most recently I have been involved in designing Outcome Based Support Plans and using Talking Points Tools evaluating their outcomes. I am also a qualified PROAC scip instructor and use Positive Behaviour Support plans alongside this.

Role: My current post is Regional Manager for the Specialised Dementia Homes and Residential homes for people Learning Disabilities . The region is made up of several services across Glasgow, South Lanarkshire and Renfrewshire. My role is to support my team of Project Managers to meet contractual and statutory requirements, to contribute towards service and organisational development, to ultimately deliver the best service we can to those we support.

Shona Shelton

Experience: I joined the organisation in May 2012 with eleven years experience of working within the social care sector and six years employment with the Scottish Prison Service. Throughout this time I have been in a number of posts, support worker, team leader and manager, in the earlier years working to support individuals who are homeless and vulnerable with complex needs and latterly to ensure the effective delivery of person centred services. Also during this time I have achieved a BA in Social Sciences, SVQ 4 Care and Registered Managers Award.

Role: My current post is Regional Manager for our Recovery Services. The region is made up of several Homelessness, Addictions and Mental Health Services and includes residential care homes for people experiencing addiction issues and/or mental health difficulties and housing support services for individuals who can have a broad range of support needs that can affect their ability to access housing or to sustain their existing tenancy. My role is to support my team of Project Managers to meet contractual and statutory requirements, to contribute towards service and organisational development, to ultimately deliver the best service we can to those we support.
